Vicente Romano
Founder of EMS, Vicente is an electrical expert and has over 25 years’ experience running projects and solving electrical issues.
In this time, he has had extensive involvement in both commercial and industrial sector projects, ranging from residential buildings, train stations, car manufacturing facilities and bank branches to hospitals.
Vicente's focus is always on providing the highest level of service to our clients.
His goal is to have EMS described by our clients as ‘reliable, trustworthy, problem-solving and easy to work with’, to always deliver to deadline and never to go over budget.
He has wide international experience, having managed electricians in his original home country of Venezuela (which is hard when there are often power cuts across 60% of the country!), the United States, Panama and Colombia, as well as here in the UK.
Vicente has built teams of up to 250 engineers within different business units (Electrical Projects and Electrical Maintenance), so nothing throws him. His experience has taught him to always expect the unexpected and he always finds the best way to thrive in any given situation.

Aura
Aura manages Customer Services at EMS Electrical. She has been with us since 2017, and her organisational wizardry is at the heart of what we do. She juggles technicians’ schedules, handles phone calls and arranges and dispatches all the jobs, while simultaneously handling any human resource requirements for the company.

Of course, we would be nothing without our engineers — after all, they are the ones who actually do the work!
They’re a friendly team — but don’t let that fool you, they all take their jobs very seriously and are all committed to achieving exceptional standards of workmanship.
To ensure the best and safest results, all of them are DBS checked and regularly trained to ensure compliance and adherence to our legal obligations, as well as our strict business quality standards.

Upon completion, we test and commission all our installations in line with industry standards to give you confidence in the safety and professionalism of our work. We then provide you with all the necessary certification.
